Data used by the portal

You do not need an account to browse. Support receives the subject and text you provide and stores the reply. No name or email is required. Administration uses the identity supplied by ChatGPT, including an identifier and email, to restrict the panel to the owner. The portal does not receive your ChatGPT password or documents, profiles, conversations or card details from linked applications.

Purposes and legal bases

Support information is used to handle the request without advertising. Service purchase inquiries are handled as precontractual steps requested by the person; other inquiries rely on the legitimate interest in answering questions and maintaining a support channel. Administration controls protect the portal from unauthorised changes. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests using the contact above. Providing a request message is voluntary; without it we cannot answer that request.

Requests and control over your data

The server stores only a cryptographic digest of the request access code. The private code is issued when the request is created, is not placed in URLs and is not saved automatically in the browser. Keep it: anyone with the code can read the request. After opening it, you can download the request and reply as JSON without the secret code, or permanently delete them. Avoid sensitive data, passwords or identity documents. For other data requests, provide the request reference without sending the secret code.

Retention and statistics

Requests become inaccessible after 90 days and are deleted during the next support submission or management operation. You can delete them earlier using your code. Our statistics count requests by date and path, without IP addresses, URL parameters or visitor identifiers; they may include reloads and bots rather than unique visitors. The latest 90 active dates are kept. The administration journal retains up to 1,000 catalog revisions, without request content or passwords. Downloaded copies remain under the control of the person keeping them.

Providers and international processing

OpenAI provides Sites and authentication; hosting uses Cloudflare Workers and D1. These providers may process information needed to operate, secure and maintain their services, including connection data. Their services operate internationally; we do not claim exclusive EU residency for this portal. Information about the hosting locations and applicable processing terms can be requested at info@gamo-tech.com. Provider policies are available at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/ and cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. We do not sell data or send requests to AI tools for automated replies.

Rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability free of charge, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Contact info@gamo-tech.com. GDPR requests are answered within one month, with legally permitted extensions communicated within the first month. You can complain to your data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es. We do not make automated decisions about visitors or create visitor profiles.
